24 Seven is currently seek an Apparel Analyst to support the our Client's Apparel teams by managing information collection and integrity for Seasonal Line Plans, monthly planning reports, and forecasting lists.

Primary Responsibilities:

1) Create Seasonal Extended Outlook / Line Plan Documents and Maintain Data Integrity: a. Create and Maintain department calendar for Line Plan deadlines. Manage the information flow and document timelines between Operations and Non-Operations departments. b. Develop and Implement standardized reporting formats for executive review. Help to analyze future expectations at a forecasted financial and vendor capacity/minimum level. c. Create functional, cross-department Seasonal Line Plan template for Spring and Fall lines. High detail accuracy and flexible time management skills required for multiple meetings. d. Ongoing maintenance of Line Plan across all sections from beginning to end of season. e. Create Check and Balance system of verifying carryover data from one season to the next. Ensure data accuracy and reliability. 2) Catalog Proofing: a. Lead contact in Operations. Attend catalog proofing sessions and help correct rough drafts. 3) Style Information for Forecasting: a. Work with Forecasting team on monthly basis to verify production information. Coordinate information between Apparel and Forecasting departments. 4) Upload Forecasting Data into BPCS: a. Manage process for size curve analysis to increase forecasting accuracy at the SKU level. b. Combine size curve analysis and forecasting data for transfer into BPCS. Work with Sales, Forecasting, and Planning Manager to develop weighted size curves as necessary for Top Account customers. c. Work with IT department to upload forecasting into BPCS on a bi-monthly timeframe. Resolve upload issues with IT and/or Operations department as necessary. 5) Create Vendor and Sales Reports: a. Create weekly WIP reports based on previous week’s information. Transfer new WIP’s to vendors and track the return of reports on a timely basis. b. Report on off-target / incomplete information from the vendors each week. c. Create bi-monthly Availability Report for Sales showing forecasted and current seasonal availability at the SKU level. 6) M3 Data Entry: a. Assist in data entry related to costing updates and ensure data integrity. 7) Other Minor Operations Projects as they arise

Requirements:

1) Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years experience in Apparel Industry or Data Analysis 2) Proficient computer skills with specific experience in Microsoft Excel a must. 3) Highly detail-oriented organizational skills and the ability to perform several primary responsibilities with very limited supervision 4) An analytical, investigative approach to problem-solving 5) Excellent written and verbal communication skills 6) Strong interpersonal and team skills 7) Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a wide variety of individuals and groups 8) A passion for the running enthusiast and active lifestyle
