Job Description: Our client, a growing leader in the Fine Watch / Luxury Watch market seeks a French Speaking Sales Training, Sales Support and VM Executive to be based in their London area. Putney

Responsibilities include:

Collaborate with company senior executives to implement and manage all training and development directives for all international retail representatives.
Develop and implement seasonal training and assessment of sales team within retailer stores, concessions etc.. as well as at the clients own stores around the world
Oversee all aspects of training enhancement and motivation tools, continuously working with contributors from development to delivery into the field.
Will manage seasonal training workshops from planning to delivery
Measure and track results from all training programs
Manage assigned operating budget
Travel to administer one-on-one, group and seminar style training on a national basis

Experience required:

* Min. 3 years experience as a Sales Trainer or Training Manager with a company specializing in Fine Watches or Luxury Jewelry
* Verifiable track record of developing and leading / executing training seminars internationally
* Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills and Fluency in French ( A Must )
* Strong sales reporting and analysis skills
* MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) are essential to this position
* Bachelors degree required
